Price and timing
How much does it cost?
The diagnostic is €500, deducted. The system is priced in the diagnostic proposal, with fixed scope and KPIs. Compound is a monthly fee with no lock-in. We don't publish ranges because they depend on the process and the integrations; we give you the figures before you decide.
How long does it take?
Diagnostic: two weeks. System in production: 6–10 weeks, with the team using it from week four.
What if the diagnostic says there's no case?
We tell you and there's no project. You keep the process map and the quantification.
How it works
What does the AI decide and what does a person decide?
The AI classifies, reads, extracts, drafts and updates records. Any external send or data change is approved by a person. The limits are set with management and put in writing.
Does it integrate with my tools?
Yes: Gmail, Drive, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, Sage, practice management software and ERPs with an API. You migrate nothing.
Why not do it with ChatGPT or our own IT team?
Sometimes that's the right call. The difference is in redesigning the process, integrating, approving, measuring and operating. If your team can do that, the diagnostic leaves you with the design ready.
Data and ownership
Does my data train models?
No. Providers under enterprise agreements that exclude it; your information stays in your environment, in the EU.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repository, documentation and export at close. No lock-in.
What do you need from me to start?
One hour with management, two sessions with the people who run the process and read-only access to a data sample.
